Best start-up of the year
This category celebrates new business start-ups in north Worcestershire (Redditch, Bromsgrove and Wyre Forest districts). Businesses will be expected to demonstrate a sound business idea, business plan and a degree of reputational and commercial success to date. The business must be in its first two years to enter.
Contribution to the community
Nominate a business that has stepped up to serve the wider community in the last year as part of their business strategy. For example, the business may have supported local charity organisations or provided their services pro-bono to others.
Outstanding customer service
Recognising organisations with a strategic focus on customer service and care, this award aims to recognise those who can demonstrate excellence and commitment to this business priority.
Business leader of the year
Do you know of someone who has led their team to success through challenging times? Are they someone who inspires others and clearly demonstrates leadership qualities? Nominate them for a highly regarded Leader of the Year award.
Employer of the year
This award aims to recognise organisations that demonstrate excellence in cultivating a sustained learning and wellbeing culture with demonstrable results in their team.
Business innovation of the year
This award celebrates innovative businesses that can successfully showcase products, technologies and processes that lead the way in creativity and innovation.
Best use of technology
Nominate a business that has effectively used technology to enable business transformation over the last year.
