This category celebrates the best of new business in north Worcestershire (Redditch, Bromsgrove and Wyre Forest districts). Businesses will be expected to demonstrate a sound business idea, business plan and a degree of commercial success to date. The business must be in its first two years to enter.
Contribution to the community
Nominate a business that has stepped up to serve the wider community in these challenging times. The business may have provided products to vulnerable groups free of charge or offered their services pro-bono to struggling local businesses or individuals.
Outstanding customer service
Recognising organisations with a focus on customer service and care, this award aims to recognise those who can demonstrate excellence and commitment to this business priority.
Business leader of the year – county wide
Do you know of someone who has led their team to success through challenging times ensuring business continuity? It could be someone who has motivated colleagues to go forward, and/or someone who has been a positive voice in the wider business community.

This award aims to recognise organisations that demonstrate excellence in cultivating a supportive, learning, and wellbeing culture.
